When they ignored my question and tried to make an appointment instead, I asked again; this is what I got: "IM SORRY, SOMETIMES PEOPLE MAKE MISTAKES, CLEARLY YOUR PERFECT, BUT NO YOU MAY PURCHASE YOUR OWN CAR FAX IF YOUD LIKE. SORRY I MISSED THAT ONE, I ANSWER LOTS OF EMAILS AND EASIER TO ANSWER QUESTIONS ON PHONE, HENCE WHY I ASKED FOR YOU TO CALL WITH ANY QUESTIONS. GOOD LUCK IN YOUR SEARCH!
