I had a wonderful experience yesterday. Bill Stephens helped me out tremendously in deciding which car was perfect for me and the young salesperson, Rome was amazing! Norm Reeves Hyundai went above and beyond during my vehicle purchase this past weekend! I did not expect such a pleasant car buying experience. It's clear to me that they care about their customers. I got to work with Miguel over the past few months as I was doing my research. I communicated to him in February that I would not be making a decision until at least April or May. He was super respectful with this and did not try to push me to come in or make the purchase ahead of my schedule. Once I came into the dealership, I got to work with Jalil. He made my girlfriend and I super comfortable and relaxed. He helped us with the test drive and answered all of our questions. Once we made the decision to move forward with the vehicle purchase, Jalil was very professional and informed us about all of the paperwork and documents we needed to sign. All in all, it was a breeze! Once we got into the finance office, we worked with Mike. Mike has a great sense of humor and made the technicalities of getting the deal done easy! Mike presented a few options to us and all of the offers seemed fair and in our best interest. There was not any excessive markup. We ended up going with the extended warranty. Mike also threw in a warranty on our exterior + all season floor mats! Norm Reeves Hyundai provided an excellent experience. I will definitely be coming back whenever I need my next car. I will also be recommending them to my friends / family.

Spent a lot of time with us always kept us updated on the processes and we would definitely go back. We called him and asked several questions always called back and even offered for us to come back down to go over how the car works again it is a Hybrid he was great I would recommend him to anyone

Mike De Leon was incredible with helping us buy a new
Mike De Leon was incredible with helping us buy a new Tucson Hybrid. We previously purchased an Elantra from him a few years ago, and we liked our experience so much that we specifically reached out to work with him again. Mike is was super helpful, upbeat and patient in answering any questions we had without being pushy. He was willing to make accommodations for us given our situation with a new baby by doing a lot of process electronically. He even went out of his way to deliver the car to us and to finish the remaining paperwork, which is just above and beyond customer service. Typically the car buying experience can be daunting, but Mike found a way to make it pleasant. We highly recommend working with Mike De Leon for your next purchase.

Terrible service dealer
Bought a brand new car with them. Dealership was great with the sale. Unfortunately I had a nail in my tire and I took it back for a new tire. The experience has been horrible. I will never be coming back there again. Not enough service reps for a call back. I just needed a new tire. I can understand if their is a staffing issue but customer service would be to say ok we couldn’t get to your car today we have a couple ahead. Not one service person took my 3 calls requesting an update. They took my info and said someone would call me back. They never did. That was a lie. Untrustworthy people and management if they allow service people to say those things.
