Worked with me on some minor issues that came up. Was very satisfied with this place. I recommend it 100%. I do recommend they do a little more inspection of the vehicles to make sure cars are 100%. The person, Mike, was not upfront about the condition of the vehicle. The controls on the console were inoperable. There was no way to control the radio, suspension, etc. There was no way of knowing if the cd player worked. We traveled for three (3) hours to purchase the 2008 Audi A8L. There was damage to the paint on the hood that does not show up in any pictures on their site. I was very disappointed in the integrity of the salesperson and the condition of the vehicle.

When I first spoke with the dealer, he was eager to help. I asked very detailed questions and asked for even more pictures. He sent them. I lived 3 hours from this dealer, so I didn't want to spend time travel for a piece of junk. Well, low and behold...the car had chipped paint on the hood that did not show in any of the pictures that were posted on their site or in the pictures that were sent to me. There were stains in the carpet, tears in the fabric around the rear corner mirrors, and worst of all, the console that controls the radio, suspension, heat/air did not work. There is even a rattle in the motor. Needless to say, I wasted 3 minutes total at this place after traveling 3 hours to get there. Dasto is not the place to purchase a vehicle!!

After initial contact with this used car dealer, he seemed eager and happy to help me and responded fairly quickly. But then I asked for more photos and he said he would do so but he never did send anything to me! I contacted him again and haven't heard from him since! I just gave up. Very odd and very strange, I find many used car dealers to behave in a similar manner. What's the matter with them anyway????

Great service and it took us less than two hours to finish up and we was very happy when we left the lot driving in the new car.

Bought a car from these people. 3 tires were too small wrong size and front end problems. I was 3 days late in my 2nd month of having the car . , Dasto came to my place of employment took the car under armed guard. Terrible business.

I was in an urgent need to buy a used car, but I am extremely particular on the type of car I get into, have to be right for my medical condition. Was riding a rental for the past year. Found my car on cars.com at (Dasto Auto) and they directed me to the location (I was not familiar with the area); contacted me throughout my travels there, once there they treated me very well, Dustin, Mike and all the staff were welcoming. most of all I was pleased with the purchase and the deal they offered - they worked with my current situation and gave me a deal I was very happy with. I hope I can be a returning customer in the future for a second car purchase.
