Buyer beware.
When I purchased the vehicle, from first appearance it looked very nice..It road well,and when I got the vehicle home I've had problems ever since. Thank god for the warranty, because Im having all kind of problems with it. I haven't had the truck a month and I think the transmission is going out. Help!!!!

We have bent over backwards to fix all the things you have asked...we even set up an appointment for you to take it to our Service Department in Cuyahoga Falls but you never showed up. It is a mechanical object and as such will have problems,which is why we include a warranty at no charge.... we have been here to assist you the whole time, there was no need for you to call and cuss out our staff. We strive to provide the best customer experience and 98% of the time we succeed, unfortunately sometimes no matter how hard we try a customer is not happy.

We have been looking for a truck for a few months, and for the price and condition, this was by far the best that we found. After driving almost 4 hours to come test drive the silverado we are very pleased! Best costumer service and friendly staff.
