Another Acadia

Worked with David Viera - again. What a pleasure dealing with him and the rest of the crew. No pressure. No hassle. No nonsense commentaries to poison the atmosphere. Since we have leased cars from David in the past there was an atmosphere similar to dealing with a friendly family member.

Smooth Sale

My husband and I accompanied his parents to the dealership to purchase the car they have been searching for. They had been communicating with Steven for months and were happy to finally purchase their Buick LaCrosse. While they were completing paperwork David and I browsed the GMC Terrains and Acadias. I didn't need a new vehicle but since my Terrain was over 90K miles we considered upgrading to an Acadia. We drive the demo and loved the ride and all the new safety features. Steven let me drive the black cherry Acadia home for the night and I fell in love with it. The next day we made the purchase after they gave me good money for my trade in. The process was smooth for the most part and they worked with us on the price. I would highly recommend Steven Royall because he is attentive to your wants and desire when buying a new or preowned car.

Car #2

Second vehicle through Robert Shimer. Knew they had the vehicle I wanted before I got there, but expected to have to come back the next day to complete the sale. They expedited the paperwork and vehicle prep and we were able to drive it away that day.

Great sales experience.

Had a great buying experience with a Steven Royall. From the moment I walked through the doors, the team made me feel like I was a top priority. The negotiation process was straight forward and to the point. My hope is that my maintenance experiences will be just as wonderful.

GMC Terrain purchase

Our sales associate, Ricky Benitez, provided outstanding customer service to my wife and I as we were looking to purchase a new vehicle. He went out of his way to assist us at every turn of our purchase, taking the time to answer any questions and making us feel welcome. I will highly recommend Ricky and Century to anyone looking to purchase a new vehicle. We have had sales associates in the past that made us feel that all they wanted to do was sell a car. Ricky never at any point made us feel that way, if he wasn't answering questions, and getting answers to them also by the way, he was keeping us engaged in a friendly conversation. He is truly an asset to Century!
