I?ve purchased two Santa Fe from Gina Marie. Of the 25 cars I?ve bought in my life I?ve never had a more pleasant easy buying experience than with. She is knowledgeable and pleasant and easy to work with. You have a gem in Gina marie??

The used car buying experience was good, though they would not budge on the internet price. Per our request, they did throw in car mats and a cargo liner, as well as a full tank of gas. We also requested touch up paint and the manager agreed, but they did not have it when we picked up the car. The internet salesperson we had been dealing with said she would mail it and did not. I called and left a message and texted and received no response. I sent a Facebook PM- and the Facebook person said she would send it and we still didn't get it. Therefore my impression can only be that once they sell you the car- they don't care about you after that. We are so far very happy with the car. Like anything these days, though, you have to do your due diligence when purchasing a car- especially a used one- because the dealer will not be totally forthcoming with you about everything. For example, my husband did notice the car had been in a small fender bender because he is an auto adjuster by trade. But, of course, the dealer did not tell us this and the Car Fax was clean because this was previously a rental car and they do their own repairs which don't show up on Car Fax.

I recently leased a 2017 Hyundai Elantra from Prestige Hyundai of Kingston. This was my first experience with leasing a car and my first Hyundai. My sales representative, GinaMarie, was extremely knowledgeable concerning the entire product line. I had been putting off and even dreading the "old school sales approach" I had remembered from years ago. However, her professionalism made the entire process stress free and actually enjoyable. Not only would I recommend GinaMarie and Prestige, I already have.

Originally I went in looking for an SUV, however, at the time there weren't any available that fit in my budget. I worked with Cassie and she respected my budget, which was so refreshing compared to other places. I was never shown something out of my budget and even though at the time there weren't any SUVS that were within my limit Cassie stayed in touch with me and kept me updated and answered any and all of my questions. She responded faster than I thought a salesperson would and she was so sweet and personable! I had an overall great experience not only with Cassie but also Prestige. (My whole family has now bought cars from this dealership!) Thanks again Cassie & Prestige!! I love my Tucson!

I came to Hyundai to lease or buy a car, I met Gina Marie and she helped me immediately! She is so thorough, so professional and has a great smile! It helped make a nervous experience so pleasant! She was extremely thorough in explaining all I need to know about the car and the process that I was going to go through. In fact, she was so good at her job that I did not want to go look at another car any place else! I would recommend her to ANYONE!

Gina Marie was a saving grace for me when I came in desperate for a newer car, the current one I was driving I hadn't even owned for over a year and put so much money into it I was devastated !she was so upbeat and happy and comforting and assured me that she would go above and beyond to make sure that I had a pleasant experience and that I got the perfect car for me :) and that is exactly what she did she took her time she personally texted me and kept in contact to let me know exactly what was going on, she showed me my options and what would be the best choice for me .it took two days that's it! now I'm driving my new 2016 Hyundai Accent I feel so safe and secure and grateful that she took the time to help me and find such a perfect car .I recommend her for anyone who was in a situation like I was no one deserves to be taken advantage of by car salesman and Gina Marie definitely gave me hope that there are good people out there plan on coming back and sending all of my friends her way thanks again Gina Marie!
