Great service, pleasent staff, clean waiting area

I was met by the service rep, and greeted warmly. He took my information, and also advised me on an upcoming service which he recommended to improve the performance of my auto. I was very pleased at the experience.

Professional folks at Serra

I have bought/leased Chevrolets and GMCs from Tom Bannen/Serra for many years. Sales personnel and service department people are always professional, courteous and helpful. I don't plan to go anywhere else.

buying our new car

As always, we enjoy doing business at this Chevrolet dealership. Our saleman was great and so was the business manager. My only complaint is that it took so long. We were there 3 1/2 hours.

Open on Saturday for routine service

Fairly quick oil change and rotation for a Saturday morning, very busy. Also, Touie informed me of an issue that I needed to get repaired soon with an out the door estimated cost, liked that, very matter of fact.

Great service, great salesperson (Ken Hayes)

Great Service very hospitable

I was shopping early before the dealership opened their was a salesman walking around Mr Robert Harrison, he approached me with no pressure what so ever i liked that he gave me time to shop and was very helpful in my decision making.

Great Service

Dropped off my car for routine service and a recall and was told it would take several hours due to a busier than usual day. MY car was done in 1.5 hours and all work was completed. The service advisor also said I "might" be eligible for a rebate on service due to the "doubling" of the recall, which was on the software for the electric parking brake.

Suzanne (service advisor) and Ed (service manager) addressed all the issues on my vehicle and were very efficient. Excellent customer service experience!

Facilities

TR, my salesman, was friendly and helpful. My experience with the accounting dept. was equally excellent. We were having our fourth grandchild and the staff response swiftly but thoroughly.

Impossible made possible

Had a seemingly impossible situation on trying to work a 2 for 1 trade with tons of negative equity. I was able to get a deal done to satisfaction. Compromise was and is always necessary, but I am happy with the outcome.
