Professional folks at Serra
I have bought/leased Chevrolets and GMCs from Tom Bannen/Serra for many years. Sales personnel and service department people are always professional, courteous and helpful. I don't plan to go anywhere else.

As always, we enjoy doing business at this Chevrolet dealership. Our saleman was great and so was the business manager. My only complaint is that it took so long. We were there 3 1/2 hours.

Open on Saturday for routine service
Fairly quick oil change and rotation for a Saturday morning, very busy. Also, Touie informed me of an issue that I needed to get repaired soon with an out the door estimated cost, liked that, very matter of fact.

Great Service
Dropped off my car for routine service and a recall and was told it would take several hours due to a busier than usual day. MY car was done in 1.5 hours and all work was completed. The service advisor also said I "might" be eligible for a rebate on service due to the "doubling" of the recall, which was on the software for the electric parking brake.

TR, my salesman, was friendly and helpful. My experience with the accounting dept. was equally excellent. We were having our fourth grandchild and the staff response swiftly but thoroughly.

Impossible made possible
Had a seemingly impossible situation on trying to work a 2 for 1 trade with tons of negative equity. I was able to get a deal done to satisfaction. Compromise was and is always necessary, but I am happy with the outcome.
