Oil change

Serra was the 7th Chevrolet Dealership I have had Smart Care oil change done in our travels across the country. It was one fastest times. Thank you

Outstanding customer service

Had a great experience at Serra. This is my second car from that dealership and I look forward to buying there again in the future. The dealer was extremly helpful and knowledgable about the vehicles and helped me to find the perfect car at a great price.

Great service

I came in on a Saturday morning and talked with people in the waiting room. I got an oil change. I forgot to ask about a new seatbelt lock and an alignment estimate. I did not mind waiting for good service.

Great service

We came down from bowling green ky to get our oil changed in my wife's Equalnox no problems the only thing it took a little longer this, But everything was great.

Great customer service with Suzanne in service.

When I w always very as there to get my .oil changed, I always ask for Suzanne. She is always very helpful and courteous. She makes sure everything is done right. I always recommend seeing Suzanne when I need something done in the service department. Thanks, Joyce Crowder

Good. Your tech spotted a damaged wire harness that would have caused trouble soon. I have had service done here and have bought vehicles here for over 30 years.

Wonderful place to do business

Service was excellent as was everyone we delt with from the service writer to the shuttle drivers who took us to and from breakfast which we enjoyed while our car was serviced.
