This was the most frustrating experience of car repair Had to stop in to get an appointment as the phone system does not work Was in a meeting when the... repair estimate call was made.so I missed that call sorry For 3 hours I could not get through to follow up. When I called the receptionist I was transferred to service who transferred me to voice mail. left a message 1 hour later called again some thing. I stopped the receptionist and told her do not just transfer me to service with no one there. Talked to someone on call 9 claimed they sent e-mails that I did not get however late in the day I did get one so I have no idea whatt was or was not sent or at what time. did get the your care is finished message My wife wants a BMW x-5 but I could never deal with service like this if the sister company is the same

My only complaint is the time it took for my recommended maintenance. I had an appointment and it took 90 minutes for an oil change. Luckily I went on... my day off or I would have been very unhappy.

As always the service department did a great job. I needed a routine service plus work on the brakes. They spotted that my back bumper had come off (I... had it draped over the passenger seat in the front) and they put it back on AT NO CHARGE! I had a little issue with some roadway debris that had popped it off while driving across country. I feared I was going to end up at a body shop getting repairs made, but the mechanic jsut popped it bak on somehow. these folks are great.

Service representative addressed our recall procedure accurately and on a timely basis. A detailed listing was presented to us addressing needed repairs... but communication was poor when it came to addressing a request made by us to examine a noise under the hood that we are highly concerned about. Nothing was forwarded to us concerning that.
I moved to the Upstate area after purchasing my Mini in 2010. Century has taken care of my service for several years, now, and always done a fine job.
