My sales representative Ty did an excellent job supporting me through the car buying process. The overall CarMax Brandywine team patient and helpful which made the car buying process stress free and enjoyable.

The service was great. It was an easy transaction with trading my truck in and getting my new car.

Justin was friendly and knowledgeable about the CarMax buying process. I got extactly what was advertised.

I came in with my car already picked out. And my deal already approved.. when I arrived, there was a hole in the seat that wasn't in the pictures.. i brought it to their attention. They said they could do nothing for me. They said, take it or leave it... I arrived in a rental car. They said they would pay for an uber back, so I can pick up the car... lies.. i was given no uber or or reimbursed in any way.. and I was under the impression the vehicle had two keys.. when they came to hand me the key, I asked where the second key was, they just laughed at me, and said there was no second key... then, they promised me service coupons for all my inconveniences. Nothing was ever given.This place is nothing but lies!

The staff was excellent!! I did the Express checkout and everything went as smooth as possible with my purchase.

My financing experience and my online experience was great. My experience coming into the dealership picking up my car wasn’t good my car had an odor in it, and I was not made aware of that before picking up the car. I think that if the car had an odor that they couldn’t get out, you shouldn’t sell it. My service advisor is great. She has been trying to assist, but to no avail.

Communication was a bit lacking at times. Beyond that, it seems I got exactly what they advertised at the price they advertised from a very broad selection of nice vehicles. Would I return to do it again? Yep!

Salesman was knowledgeable and friendly. The auto was in very good condition just as advertised.

DO NOT PURCHASE THE MAXCARE WARRANTY. it is a total lie, the warranty has nothing to do with CarMax and is actually handled by a company called Assurant who will deny almost any warranty claim that you initiate. Disgusting scheme that CarMax should be ashamed of offering under false advertisement.
