Bree and Chris were amazing. Charlie was on the phone with me and helped me find the right car. Customer service was just perfect. But the two stars is for not showing all the imperfections on the photos including a dent in the front bumper which is as per Carmax standards ?! xxxxty standards id say. They don't use OEM replacements so be careful and get your car inspected. you find out the imperfections and all this after paying for shipping and getting the car shipped so yeah. 2 stars less for running that scam.

Best dealership experience thus far. This was my second purchase from Carmax and I will never purchase a vehicle anywhere else. This is coming from someone with 5 years experience in car sales. My salesperson and the managers made it just as easy as last time. Arrived to my appointment and left with a vehicle in almost exactly 60 minutes. The staff was very nice to my children as well.
