The day i picked up my 2019 Chrysler 300 the person in charge didn't even gave me a chance to look over the car so i could make sure everything was working and nothing was wrong with the car he rushed me out ,after i got home i looked the car over and it looked like someone tried to break into the car so i called them and Artur was very rude and told me to send him pictures and so i did no response from him and after i figured out that the remote start won't works i called him again and no response again. I dont recommend this dealer ship at all.

Found a car that I liked at this dealership, a 2011 Infiniti G37X and upon arriving I noticed that the dealership was very clean and professional inside. I was dealing with Art the owner and he was very nice and helpful. The car was as described and in very nice shape. It had a couple small things that needed attention which is expected when buying a used vehicle and Art did a great job with making me happy. I would definitely recommend this dealership if in the market for a nice used car. Thank you Art!!

Unsurprisingly most small auto dealerships have a poor but deserved reputation. Chicago Cars US has a great reputation that is absolutely deserved. As a veteran of the car business, I can tell you that I was very pleasantly surprised by their professionalism, honesty, and fairness. I am obviously a Transgender woman. I was treated with the utmost respect and courtesy by everyone there. They were very professional and yet at the same time friendly, even fun to talk to! The buying experance was not just pleasant, but quick and to the point. We talked on the Phone, I came in for a proper test drive, (not just around the block, but at highway speeds as well). We agreed on a fair Price in less then 5 minutes, (NOT HOURS)......I had thought I would be keeping my old car, but, as an afterthought, Artur looked at it and once again we came to an agreement on a very fair price for my car in less then 5 minutes. All in all, this was easily the best car buy buying experance of my life! Thankyou again to Artur and the rest of the staff!

I got my 2011 335i from Chicagocarsus a couple of weeks ago, now I want to share some experience that I had in this store. First, they have one of the best inventory in town, if you are a europe performance car fan, and you are looking for something affordable and exotic, you have to go there and check what they have. Second, Jacob, the manager there, he is a really nice person, and he know cars very much. I traded in my car from him, and doing bussiness with him is just making things much easier. Last, if you folks looking for a E46 M3, you can go there check my previous car, it is still in a very good shape. I trade in for 335i is only because of moving, the small town I moved to just do not have so much track fun like big city have.
