I reached out to this dealership two days in a row for
I reached out to this dealership two days in a row for the basic information of an out-the-door price. I got the complete run around as expected of all scummy dealerships nowadays. Angelo, made sure to waste a full day of my time via text by giving me every excuse under the sun rather than giving me the information I asked for. I finally said goodbye to him. The next day, Jennifer reached out to me, the original person I requested to work with on the vehicle. Unfortunately, everyone seems to train in the art of wasting time and giving you the run around when you call seeking an out-the-door price. This dealership also had no clue of their own price on the vehicle, as I had to inform them that their own online price was 16,330 as they tried to sell me over the phone on 25,000 as the selling price. I brought up how they have had the car for over 4 months, GMC inventory sits on lots for over 90 days, and that the car currently has 4 recalls on it. Jennifer told me that they could not negotiate any sort of deal, the typical dealer sob story. The KBB price is 16k flat low end, which means Auction price on Blackbook is likely 13 to 14k, which is what they really paid. In the end, Jennifer informed me that the dealership needed to add on over 4k in additional costs because, and quote, "We can't sell the car at the sale price of 16330." So there you have if folks, if you wish to get scammed and overcharged for cars, this is your spot. They don't even make the effort to negotiate or work with you on a deal. Good thing other dealerships exist.

came in fully ready to buy, not to play guessing games.
came in fully ready to buy, not to play guessing games. The vehicle I was shown didn’t even have a window sticker, and the pricing felt pulled out of thin air. No clear MSRP, no breakdown, just a high number and a shrug. Let’s be real....this isn’t 2005. Buyers today are informed. We know the market, the incentives, the comps. Cuando no hay transparencia, se siente como que están jugando juegos instead of trying to actually sell a car. It wasn’t about the price, it was about the process. A little clarity and respect for the customer’s time would go a long way. This approach feels outdated and honestly leaves money on the table for the dealership. Left disappointed.

I am looking for a used (new to us) car for one of our kids. Brickell has a vehicle that matches my search. I noticed that it was listed for a very long time but decided to inquire anyway. I only provided an email and received a reply immediately. The person(s) kept asking for a phone number. I kept responding and stating that I was only interested in seeing a total 'out the door' price for the car. I finally received a price list and found a line item for $2,995 for 'reconditioning'. Now I see why the car has been listed for 8 months for sale. Very deceptive sales tactic!

William, thank you for taking the time to leave us feedback about your experience with us. Here at Brickell Buick & GMC, we are always looking for ways to improve; we appreciate your input. If you would be willing, we would like to have you contact our manager at (786) 833-7053 to discuss ways we can better serve you in the future.
Completely lost my trust.
Completely lost my trust. Avoid this dealership. Brickell Buick & GMC gave me the worst service experience I’ve ever had. Brickell Buick & GMC misdiagnosed my 2025 GMC Acadia, kept it for 16 days with no ETA, told me it was fixed when it wasn’t, and documented that I “refused service” while still giving me a loaner and holding my vehicle. They verbally said it was a telematics module issue, but my paperwork shows no telematics diagnosis and no proof a part was ever ordered. Emails, calls, and even certified mail went ignored. The service advisor couldn’t communicate with me in English. The loaner was so small it made my knee swell, and they did not care when I told them. They even sent the service survey to my husband instead of me. Another GM dealer, Coral Springs Auto Mall, later correctly diagnosed the actual problem and treated me with professionalism — showing just how badly Brickell handled everything. I will never trust Brickell Buick & GMC dealership ever again. They cannot be trusted. They were Unprofessional and careless. Sincerely, Nethea

I approached Brickell Buick GMC / AutoSpecs to explore
I approached Brickell Buick GMC / AutoSpecs to explore trading my Ferrari 488 for a Lamborghini Urus, and the experience was extremely disappointing. I asked the salesperson Ivan which bank was best for a business auto loan, and he told me he confirmed with the finance manager that GM Financial was the best option. I clearly instructed him to only run my credit with GM Financial, and he agreed. Later, I discovered that my credit was run with multiple banks without my authorization, including TD Auto Finance. To make the situation worse, I found out afterward that GM Financial does not even finance Lamborghini, meaning the information I was given by Ivan was completely incorrect from the start. I trusted his guidance, and instead I ended up with unauthorized inquiries and misleading information. When I confronted the finance manager, Frank Arias, he acknowledged the mistake and promised to sign a letter confirming the unauthorized credit pull so it could be removed from my credit report. I even drafted the letter myself to make it effortless for him. Despite giving him time and multiple attempts to follow up, Frank never signed the letter and stopped responding. The dealership not only ran my credit without permission, but after admitting the error, they failed to take responsibility or correct it. This felt like classic dealership tactics — misleading information, unauthorized credit pulls, and zero accountability after being called out. Given the nature of the vehicles involved and the brand they represent, I expected professionalism and honesty. Instead, I was misled and ignored. If you plan on doing business here, get everything in writing, verify any financing information they give you, and protect your credit.

Let's see.
Let's see....I sold them a vehicle and they did all the usual dealership stuff - asking me to agree to a price and then subsequently lowering the price they offered...not once but twice. And that all would have been OK, I guess. But it took them WEEKS and several phone calls for them to actually send me the check. Would not work with this dealership again.
