This is the second car my family has gotten from this dealer. We’ve personally dealt with Riju both times because he took the time to listen to our needs and provide us with excellent customer service. After traveling to Hempstead to visit a used car dealership, I decided to randomly go to Infiniti of Lynbrook. I had a lease that was ending and wanted to speak with someone regarding different options. I LITERALLY had 0 intention of buying a new car that day. My rep was, Isa Garcia. He was extremely professional and friendly. He asked great questions that allowed him to understand EXACTLY what I was looking for and showed repeatedly that he was paying attention and my best interests were his concern. He got an account manager to sweeten the deal even more for me but I was still concerned and wanted to think things over. I drove 5 minutes away, thought for 10 minutes, and turned back around knowing that I could not pass up on such a great deal. Not only was it the best I would I get, it was the best deal I had heard in the last 4 weeks of shopping around. I returned to Isa and we made it official.
