I purchased a used 2016 Mini Cooper Clubman from Shawn Harris at Mini of Nashville. I never go into a purchase without doing my homework but that being said, Shawn helped with ever inquiry I had and was able to facilitate the purchase in a way that was no pressure and enjoyable. I had purchased my last two vehicles on eBay (the most rent was a 2003 Mini Cooper S) and Shawn made transitioning to the latest generation of Clubman S about as seamless as could be, He was helpful in every way and just generally excited about what he does. Highly recommended.

This is my second visit to have my 2019 Mini Cooper S Clubman serviced, and I couldn't be happier with the results. My Service Manager, Debbie, went over and above to get everything taken care of, including coordinating a door ding repair with Dent Wizzard as well as a wheel rim repair. She was attentive to everything down to a cracked wheel bolt and replaced it. I absolutely recommend their service as 5 star. Minis are currently sold through the BMW dealer in Nashville, and it definitely feels light top-flight service. Great team from A to Z!

Deb always provides to 5 star service from start to finish. She is a shining example of good customer service. She always follows up with me and text me updates to be sure I understand what my status is on my mini cooper. She always goes the extra mile to be sure my car is in top shape including any cosmetic issues that need to be addressed.

I have gone there about 4 times to do my oil change. I have only gone to them since I moved to the area. Today while it was getting done they said my drain plug was stripped and that I would have an oil leak and would have to pay about $1000 to get it repaired. They never said anything about my threading 4 months ago when I had gotten an oil change. I understand technicians/ mechanics make mistakes. I believe it was due to too more force when taking it on or off. They didn't try fixing it or making it manageable for my hour drive home. Will be looking at a more local shop.

Happy with the money I spent on the Mini Cooper Paceman S All 4 appointment. Oil change, Filter change, Coolant flush, EFI. etc etc..... The car literally runs like a new car. Finally the squeaking loose sounding front suspension noises whenever I went over a light bump or into a drive way has finally disappeared. I knew I wasn't crazy!
