I went to dealership service center to check my car cause the ABS light. And back up sensor light was on my first visit they told that there is nothing wrong with my ABS and back up sensor but he said he going to replace the ABS sensor,but they don't have the parts so I scheduled appointment when I came back they change the ABS sensor and I was waiting for 3 hours finally he told me that my car is fixed I was happy even if I wait for 3 hours but the next day the back up sensor light came on again and I was really disappointed cause he told me it's fix.

Routine Maintenance, oil change
I have been to this business regularly to have repairs and maintenance done. It doesn't matter what time of the day I go there, everyone greats me with a smile, asking me I am doing that day. It doesn't matter how rough their morning might have started off as or how challenging their day has been, they always give me the feeling they really care. That is hard to find anymore. Their waiting area is comfortable with hot and cold drinks available. They do whatever job needs to be done on my vehicle in a thorough manner. I can always trust they will give me a detailed report of what was done, what is suggested to have done at a future date and what is necessary to make arrangements to have done as soon as possible. They take the worry, tension and frustration out of the equation.

Great service, got the work done as promised
This is small but well run shop. I dropped in on them unannounced on a Friday afternoon with Jeep transmission problem. They were fully booked for the day, and got started on the diagnosis on Monday as promised. Took several days to get the part from Portland, and they had the Jeep ready for me at the end of the day on Thursday as promised. I could not have asked for better service. I am disappointed with the Jeep product, the transmission failed before the first transmission service was due. Fortunately, the repair was covered by warranty, but I was left stranded far from home for a week.

2016 Ram Tradesman
These guys did what they should have and bought back the truck they sold me the year before. The truck was fine but I was told it would pull my trailer and it would not. I wanted a truck that would. They bought my old truck back from me and I bought a new one. Quick and painless and I did most of my negotiations over the phone. Easy to deal with and made thing right!

Great Service and Customer care
We had an engine problem while traveling through Oregon. Tom's was closest Dodge dealership to us. Tom's Service department immediately went to work on our Dodge Ram 3500' and did this without requiring us to have an appointment. The Service Department Staff were super professionals. They had us back on the road in less than 2 hours.

Ram 3500 service review
Dropped off my truck in the afternoon and was supplied with a loaner car. Spent a nice evening at the casino in Pendleton. Returned in the morning. Victor, my service representative, took care of everything in a smooth, professional manner. Great service.

I am a few days late in posting this and I do apologize. I needed some mechanical work done on my Explorer and was not looking forward to that. There was no need for me to worry or be concerned. Alex Profitt (he sold me my SUV), set me up with the service department and things went so smooth. Not only was the work that was done on my SUV top notch, the hospitality and professionalism from everyone there was awesome! Keep up the great job everyone.
