Flat tire

Got immediate attention despite having no reservation. All the staff were helpful. Tire work was done two hours faster than promised. I had a very cool loaner.

Great dealership and amazing customer experience!

Everyone there is super friendly and I had quick service. They also have a great waiting area with drinks and snacks. Clean dealership with a large car offering.

Best experience so far

State inspection/emissions

My experience was not as well as in the past. Appeared some reps more on top of their clients then others. I was asked to wait in the waiting area for a shuttle. Meanwhile, a rep was with client who also need shuttle service and was getting it taking care of. I got up at this time to remind the staff at the desk that I was also waiting for a shuttle as I think I was forgotten.

Great Experience as Always

First rate from start to finish, as I have experienced in the past. This is perhaps the 6th or 7th BMW my wife and I have leased from BMW of Devon Hill.

Great service

Very efficient. I was in the Philly area from out of town and was juggling a full day of meetings. ...and I got a nail in my tire. They got me going - and Andy drove me to my office so I didn’t have to wait at the dealership. What a great experience!
