Recently took my BMW in for service… and as always Jeff Martin, our advisor, made my visit a five star experience. Took inventory of problems, ensured loaner, ensured technician video was sent, and he called to discuss… questions. Always trust that the work is done, and cars are safe and ready for the road. I wouldn’t consider taking our BMW’s anywhere else, although there are dealerships that are closer.

Service

I won’t speak bad on the entire service department because of one bad apple (eric) he did not provide good customer service at all he’s very rude and miserable! If you don’t like your line of work find something else it’s that simple! I spoke with his supervisor Kevin not sure if our conversation went anywhere but I probably will never bring my car there to get serviced again.

Service on my 2009 X3 BMW

I had brought my BMW x3 in when I had blown a coil and they told me that they were coils from Napa not German coils and that I should replace the 3 that were from there. My BMW drives so much better like a new car thank you Rich for everything, joy
