Experience was okay.

Experience was okay. Nothing bad, but nothing great. The transporter Frank was punctual and was the best part of the experience, so shoutout to Frank. The service advisor never sent the video explaining the inspection oh my cars

I felt good about my purchase just felt because I was

I felt good about my purchase just felt because I was paying cash I felt like I wasn’t a priority. I know the dealerships make their money on financing but I should not be penalizes for using cash. I learnt a lot from this experience and it won’t happen again!

The dealership was very accommodating when I needed to

The dealership was very accommodating when I needed to reschedule due to a last minute conflict. They also took care of a recall that I was unaware and washed my car.

I had a great experience with our sales representative,

I had a great experience with our sales representative, Phil. He was wonderful to work with, answered all of my questions, and made the process smooth on the sales side. However, the experience became more challenging when working with finance. I was told that I needed to purchase the extended warranty in order to qualify for certain rates, which was frustrating.

Everything was fine.

Everything was fine. Salesperson was good and deal was fair. I did ask about the tires and specifically what shape they were in. He and the sales manager responded that they have to be good to get the certified rating. It is my fault I didn’t check as the tires are poor and need replacing.
