I took my brand new car in because the low air indicator
I took my brand new car in because the low air indicator kept coming on with one of my tires. I figured I had a nail that either needed to be patched or replaced. I sat at the dealership for 30-45mins, and the mechanic and service desk clerk came up and told me “it was the weirdest thing they had ever seen. No holes, no punctures, nothing wrong with the stem valve. A very unusual situation but sometimes these tires leak air slowly over time. But they didn’t see anything.” They filled my tire with air and let me leave and told me if the problem continues to come back immediately. Well, it was flat the next morning as I suspected it would be, so I took it to a local tire shop. The mechanic took my tire off, and he dunked it into their reservoir and within less than a minute he found hole in my tire. I then had to go back up to Naples Mazda to get a new tire, since it was under warranty. I guess my frustration lies with the mechanic not being able to diagnosis a puncture or a hole in a tire or because he didn’t want to because it was the end of the day? I’m not sure. I’ve had the car for less than a month, and I’ve already been to the dealership for 2 separate repairs. They made it right and put a new tire on. The frustration and stress of running around town trying to figure out if this was a more serious problem than a flat to only find out that’s all it was is extremely upsetting. Kyle was able to set me up with a loaner right away which was awesome. Vendela is great at what she does and is the only person I want to interact with in the service dept. She helped me with my first issue and heard me out and gave me updates and Progression of the car and expected times to pick up the car. While some of the other staff seemed annoyed, condescending, and unhelpful with my tire concern. I love my car, and I hope nothing else happens to it, but I just don’t like the way my Last experience went at the service dept.

Really great customer service when we needed it on a Saturday. Came right in and the repair was made within hours. Fortunate to have received a rental car for that time period especially before holidays. Thank you.

They are scammers.
They are scammers. They added maintenance, Gab and other stuff without letting you know about the price. They increase the car price also. They have a way to make you sign while adding the extra cost added

Dealing with the sales men was great.
Dealing with the sales men was great. The women dealing with the contract was great. I requested certain banks to be used for loan request and was completely ignored. I knew that the dealer was trying to use the bank they got a kick back from. I was very uncomfortable and upset.

Rafael the manger of this dealership really is capable of
Rafael the manger of this dealership really is capable of handling unexpected situation, I had big problem with my son’s deal for different car which handled by another sales person Andrew and Rafael did his best to resolve the problem as much as been expected ,this experience was mixed of bad and costly situation ,but end it up with opening way for better deals in future for me and my friends and family.

Service on my Mazda was good.
Service on my Mazda was good. Got the needed oil change & tire rotation. It would have been 5 stars, but I got used to the quick car wash that is usually performed. It didn’t happen.
