He treated us as peers, answer all questions honestly, and did what he could to make our purchase work financially for us. We'd gladly shop with them again!

I purchased my first vehicle from RRAS in 2017 and was extremely happy with the hassle free process. You can tell most dealers are putting on an act and trying their best to make a sale, this is not how Jim operates. Unfortunately I wrecked that car and when I began the car buying process, I tried a few of the big chain dealerships, none of them sat right with me. I returned to RRAS to purchase another vehicle, and 3 years later Jim was just as friendly and accommodating as the first time. To test drive a car, they hand you the keys, and you can take it out for as long as you’d like, no questions asked. They stand by the cars they sell and have the Carfax to back them up, they don’t buy clunkers. Not too many places will hold a check for you and let you drive the car home, that alone speaks volumes about their dedication to customer service. RRAS wants you to leave with the car YOU want, and make the process of buying a car as painless and friendly as humanly possible. I wish all dealerships operated like RRAS.

I purchased a car in February . After the 90 day/3000 mile warranty expired. A major repair was needed to the car. My husband was so worked up about this repair, I told him that you have to have to have faith in people. I decided it was best if I handle this situation . River Auto sells was very open minded about how I felt about the repairs. With no obligation to help me . They worked out a deal that I was quite comfortable in taking Finding a dealership that has this much integrity is hard.

Looking for a moderately priced used minivan i could use to commute back and forth to work. I came across river run auto sales. Thou they didnt own the car i purchased letting me know it was there on consignment made no differance to them... sales people, management, facility top notch, first class all the way... Stands to reason why someone would entrust this operation on consignment to sell there vehicle... Not much more to say other than Thanks again guys!!! And thanks for the full tank of fuel...
