I just bought a 2013 Chevy Malibu and my experience there was so great. The family there are such great people and are very easy to work with. I loved how they didn't pressure me into getting a car and let me drive the car myself. I had a couple options with them and every where else I went, the dealers were selling the same car but with a higher price. They helped me so much and made the process so much easier than I expected it to be. Best place to go! Worth the trip!

I bought my first vehicle from River Road Auto Sales in 1990. My wife, my daughter and I have been dealing with River Road Auto Sales ever since. We've bought more than two dozen passenger cars and SUV's in that time. Every one has been clean, low-mileage and well-suited to our needs, and has given us years of hard service. I'm a big guy, and I have to try on a vehicle for size before I buy it. The River Road salespeople have always been patient and willing to work with me. Once they know what I'm looking for, they offer suggestions and I try out what they have on the lot. If nothing "fits," they'll see if they can find something my "size." They specialize in vehicles three to five years old -- old enough to prove they're not lemons, but new enough to have lots of life left in them. They always find something that has all the features we want. Their buyers pick top quality, and their service techs correct any minor problems before the car goes onto the lot. They don't sell "fixer-uppers." The mechanics cheerfully talk over maintenance issues that do arise, and juggle appointments to suit our needs when possible. They finish the work quickly and efficiently, and we never get surprises on the bill. River Road Auto has never given us any reason to look anywhere else.

Heard about this dealership from a friend. Location wasn't that close to me but it ended up being worth the drive. I hate everything about buying a car but Jim Allera actually made the whole experience a pleasure. Got a great SUV at a great price with no hassles. Will definitely check them out again next time I need a vehicle.

Have bought 5 0r 6 cars there and am very pleased with price and service

I have bought 3 cars from River Road Auto Sales and have been extremely satisfied with not only the cost of the vehicles but the service that they provide. The lot is clean and organized with a good selection of affordable vehicles. And when one of my vehicles needed repaired I was able to get the work done there with the availability of a rental for use during the repairs. I have referred numerous friend and patients over the years all of which were happy with the experience and the purchase of their vehicles. Will definitely continue to refer people to them and will be using them for my next purchase. It's nice to have a dealer you can trust.

Went looking for a used For Explorer, they had a really nice looking one, and I ask them to conatct me after looking at it on Cars.com. They immediately contacted me the next day, and I setup tim eto go the following Monday to look at it. I did not have any financing setup, but Jim was able to get the Financing I needed,and even beat my Credit union with a Better interest rate. The Rims on the Explorer were all scuffed up, and He held the Vehicle until I could get my Trade-in out to him to verify how much he could give me, but he also sent the rims of the expore put to be sandblasted and repainted to look like factor new rims. I had an issue with the front brake, and he replaced them without nay additional charge. Very happy with the vehilce and please with the deal I got.
