Worst dealership

I recently bought a new car from Porsche River oaks, formerly Momentum Porsche. My car salesman, Chidi Amadi, neglected to request Voice Control (a Zero Dollar option) for my car. I initially thought it was just some small problem that can be fixed. After taking a day of vacation to bring in my car, I was told that my car does not come with Vouce Control. Then the sales manager told that there is nothing that can be done to add Voice Control. My only option is to sell my brand new car back for $15K less than I paid, wait a long time then pay a lot more for a new car. Wow. Gets more interesting. I later learned that it was a Zero dollar option and there’s also a kit which a dealer can install. Very curious why the sales manager told me my only option is to take a $15K loss just to get voice control. I tried to complain to Porsche North America, who tried to help but still no help is offered in installation of the voice control kit on my car.

Nicely done!

Due to supply chain issues the Macan GTS we ordered was delayed, at the dealership, for over two months. During this time our sales agent, Mustapha Ramadan kept us apprised as much as possible. When the Bose amplifier finally arrived?David, the Sales Manager, and his team handled the sale admirably and made appropriate concessions for the delay which was beyond their control. Well done Indeed. This is our second new car purchase from Porsche River Oaks this year and both transactions were exceptional.

Worst car buying experience ever.

Worst car buying experience ever. I recently bought a new Cayman from this dealership. The car salesman, Chidi Amadi, forgot to click on a box to request a zero dollar option so my car ended up with no voice control. What was more amazing is that the sales manager told me there is nothing that can be done to retrofit the voice control. My only option was to sell it back for $15K less than what I paid for, wait a long time then pay a lot more for a new car. Then independently, I found that I can order a retrofit kit and have the dealer install it. I really wonder why the sales manager told me I would have to pay so much to get a zero dollar option that my salesman forgot to order. I’ve been trying to work with both Porsche River Oaks and with Porsche North America to get this retrofit kit for my car, but Porsche River Oaks just refuse to help. Their position is that it’s all my fault. If I had visited the Better Business Bureau site and learned that it is an F rated business, then I definitely would buy a different car or at least used a different dealer. I will learn to check out references before my next major purchases.

Porsche River Oaks is Outstanding

Everyone I dealt with was eager to help, polite and knew what they were doing. The GM Rob Dale is one of those men you know has integrity to spare. My salesman, Mr. Thomas was new but very professional and finally, Dawn in finance is a real pro. It was a seamless purchase and I highly recommend this gorgeous dealership.
