Kia of Streetsboro

As a previous purchaser, I received a call from Kia Of Streetsboro in n regards to an invitation event. I came in Saturday & was introduced to Jason Washington, who was very courteous & a joy to speak with. We discussed trading in my 2022 Kia Sportage for a newer vehicle. I got to test drive a hybrid vehicle, which I liked, but it didn’t have some of the features that my Sportage had (like cooled seats & a heated steering wheel). But then I fell in love with an SUV they had on the showroom floor, a 2025 Kia Sportage SX Prestige. It’s Ebony Black with Karmine Red Leather Seats, and all the bells & whistles I could ask for. The purchase process went quite smoothly & Jason walked us through every step of the way. I am very pleased with his professionalism & and now a proud owner of said new vehicle. Cleo helped us out & he was so professional. He got us in and out within a 2.5 hour window frame. Everything about him was laid back, straight to the point, and very informative along the whole process. You could tell he’s confident in what he does. In general, one of the best car dealership experiences of my life. To be specific, Jason Washington was an amazing sales person, even staying far past closing hours to make the sale happen on our 2025 Sorento. The General Manager Steve DiFranco, worked with us from the beginning to give us probably the best opportunity to cancel our lease early (11 months left) and made it possible to purchase a 2025 Sportage the day after purchasing the 2025 Sorento. When we got to the finance stage, neither finance guy of either vehicle I purchased tried to pressure me into extra package coverage but still made it available if I was interested. I will probably never go to a different dealership as long as I purchase cars. Thank you Kai of Streetsboro for being making this a seamless experience in car buying!

Aziza was great since the begging. Cooperative, direct, charismatic. Did an excellent follow up, and answered all our questions. Being international students, we felt specially comfortable with her for she understood about needs and worries. We will recommend her eyes closed to other customers!
