He was able to get the vehicle that I wanted in a reasonably short time, given the situation in fall, 2024, and at a price that was actually more than what I had expected to pay but was in line with or less than what other dealers, located more distant from my home, were charging at that time. Since I bought the car, he has been especially helpful, for example when I was physically unable to come to the delearship to get my permanent license plates installed. He came to my driveway to install them before the temporary plates expired. He also has patiently answered the many questions I have had since I bought the car, and there are many because of all the amazing but complicated safety and other systems in this car that were absent from my 2028 Camry hybrid but were the only reason that I traded in my older car. It was a good experience to work with Rob Steiner.
