If I could give 0 stars, I would. My wife asked for an out the door price on a 2025 Sienna XLE and we received about a thousand calls an emails with everything BUT the one thing we wanted. Especially annoying was that my wife specifically indicated she wanted to communicate over email, but different people from this place kept calling her or trying to call her. Terrible experience. We bought from DARCARS instead.

Joan worked hard to earn my business. Much better sales associate than most I've met. Worthwhile to at least give him a shot and see if you can come to an agreement. At the very least he is respectful of others.
