I purchased a used car for my daughter with the help of Sam who was very attentive and helpful during the process, but once I started having issues he dropped off the grid. I was sold a used car that had tire issues and the light gauge was active.. I called for the next two weeks leaving messages with promises of a return call. I finally decide to stop by and speak with the two Managers Garcia and Angel who promised to research the issue and get back to me. I insisted on speaking with Angel who said he would call me back that very morning. I was not feeling the respect or courtesy at this point and told Angel I did not want to shake his hand, at which point he walked away from me saying he would not help me simply because I did not shake his hand. He refused to look at me or answer my questions. I finally spoke with Mr. Moreno the Used car Mgr who advised me this was the first he had heard of the issue. He listened to my concerns and offered a solution to the problem. I am grateful to him for his assistance and giving me a piece of mind so that my daughter would be safe on the road.

This man took his time. Got me and my kids coffee, hot chocolate, and water. Gave us options and even took my kids opinions into consideration.... and they are only 4 and 5. Really great guy

I stopped in to look at a 2018 RAV4 I had seen online through MCUs true car program. Mr Dunkley met me at the front door and within 10 minutes I was test driving the car. Long story short I drove home with the car the same day. Mr Dunkley is very friendly and knowledgeable. He even made sure I saved money on my auto insurance. He gave me a pen from his “stash”!! Lol
