I was quite apprehensive about purchasing a new vehicle for myself. I understand how predatory the experience can be and was extremely guarded about how I would approach my purchasing decision. As a result, it was a breath of fresh air to deal with someone like Modesto. He is knowledgable, personable, conversational, down to earth and did not push me into making any decisions about my car that I wouldn't be interested in. He was looking out for my best interests despite the obvious commission salesmen earn, and that can be quite rare. I will keep Modesto front and center when my time to upgrade or get a new vehicle comes up once again. His review is highly warranted.

Went to get a new lease. They have the worst customer service. Stay away! They try to rob you here. I would recommend going to another dealer. City world Hyundai is even worst.

When approaching the doors to this specific dealership I knew exactly what I had in mind as for as my purchase goes. Keith was the very first sales representative I encountered as I entered. Almost immediately I felt that this wasn’t going to be one of those experiences you just hate going through because he made me feel as if we knew each other for years. Since I knew what I had in mind it wasn’t a long drawn out experience. I knew what I wanted personally as far as pricing and payments and what I appreciated the most was that he didn’t BS me through it all. He was always friendly and very straight up. I’d recommend Keith to anyone who’s in the market for a new or used Toyota any day of the week. He embodies what a salesman should be. Thx Keith
