I have purchased or leased several cars in my life, and this is by far the best experience that I have ever had with a car dealer. The staff was professional and extremely knowledgeable about the products. I highly recommed Robert Nova-Nowomiejski as a salesman. He turned over every rock to find discounts for us; and was totally honest with us when we asked to compare the car we were looking at versus other cars. I definitely felt like he had our best interests at heart; and I know that he got me the best possible price that he could. I will be recommending that all of my friends and colleagues use him for future purchases and leases. This is a dealership where the salemen let the cars do the talking for them, and they don't try to exaggerate a car's features. After we signed our lease, the salesman took the time to run us through every dial and gadget that the car had to offer. They also informed me of the best approach to take towards the end of my lease when the lease is due to expire.

I had very pleasant experience while shopping at Estate Motors. Salesman Dan A. was very helpful and professional. Purchasing my car through this dealership was good choice, my custom car arrived in timely fashion and it was more than I have expected it to be. Thank you Estate Motors and Dan Azadian. Working with George was the best car buying experience...

Working with George was the best car buying experience I've ever had. His attention for detail was amazing. George went way over and above to find the exact car I wanted and worked with me on a price that fit my budget. I will be an Estate Motors customer for life.

This was the most stress free process I have ever...

This was the most stress free process I have ever experienced in selecting a new vehicle. George Rodriguez was extremely helpful and professional in guiding me through the lease transaction. Once we chose the vehicle and it was ready for pickup, George thoroughly and patiently explained the features of the ML350 and helped me personalize all the settings. George has a very calm demeanor which puts customers at ease and reassures you that Estate Motors will take very good care of you. Everyone who I met at Estate, George, Anthony and Alma, were professional and friendly and I would highly recommend purchasing from Estate Motors. Thank you

Excellent customer service, assisted in leasing another vehicle. Friendly and informative sales people from Bob Cinelli and Bob Federico to their Finance Manager Anthony Anzalone. This is my fifth lease and my second with Bob Cinelli who couldn't have been more accommodating. I have and will continue to refer friends and family to Estate Motors...

We recently purchased a ML350. Dan Perlini was our Sales Associate from our first visit to the delivery and pick up of our vehicle. Dan was highly knowledgeable and informative throughout the process. He was always available and courteous, answering our many questions and providing a thorough introduction to all the ML350's features when we picked it up. Dan's attention to detail and ensuring all our requests were met was excellent. One suggestion - as Dan was our contact throughout the entire process, it seemed odd to be redirected at the end to someone else who we had not dealt with (in Finance) who took payment from us for the vehicle. Dan seemed perfectly able to handle this final step in the process which would have made the entire experience.seamless.

I was in the market for a new SUV and investigated/test...

I was in the market for a new SUV and investigated/test drove not only the Mercedes-Benz but also the BMW, Audi and Acura. George Rodriguez was my sales representative and he was simply awesome! He was very informed about all of the feature of the ML 350 which I ended p buying a brand new 2014. He was intelligent, friendly and not pushing at all during the sales cycle. I would recommend him and this dealership to everyone I talked to who is looking to buy a new car. Bob Federico as the Sales Manager was also very helpful and so was Anthony Anzalone, the finance manager as I financed some of the car. Anthony was also great a pleasure to work with.
