Acura of Westchester

I was dreading car shopping, as my lease was coming to an end. Especially this time around, doing it on my own. In the past, it's always been such a stressful task. Well not this time. Brianna Tozzo was the best! She was so friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, easy to work with and the best Sales Consultant ever!! For once, it was a pleasure to car shop!! One stop shopping!!! I highly recommend Brianna for your next car shopping experience!!!!

I went to Paragon Acura and Paragon Honda. I told the sales rep I want an Acura ILX, or Honda Accord either lease or finance. I want to know what the bottom line is up front and monthly. I want to drive the car, leave, and then decide. The first 2 let me look, drive, and then there was the dilly dally. I don't have time for that. Then I went to Acura of Westchester-I said the same thing-minus the accord. Walked out with a quote for a lease, and for a possible buy out of what I was then leasing. I returned test drove a used car, and decided I wanted that. For me, although it took 2 trips to decide what I wanted-it was quick and easy. The bottom line, was given what I asked for. Catherine

After working with Alicia and Ken I can honestly say I left as one happy customer. Ken got me into a brand new 2016 Acura ILX and I am beyond happy with it. Alicia was extremely helpful with all of the paperwork and it was a pleasure working with both of them.

Bought a 2016 MDX from Jose Crespo, couldn't be any easier and straight to the point in terms of pricing. Very down to earth guy that connects with the customer beyond just business. Finance department was just a straightforward, no sneaky extra sales or pressure. Was in and out driving away.
