Efficient service visit
Went in for 25,000 mile service on my 2014 Camry. Staff, as always, was welcoming, efficient, and great to deal with. Thanks, Kevin! Have been using this place (and its predecessor, Toyota North, for many years.

Rivera Toyota the best experience
The staff was very pleasant and knowledgeable. It was a great atmosphere. The Rav4 was great and just what I was looking for. John Rossi and Antonio were very helpful and truly amazing. Nancy was good and helpful too. I give them all around 5 stars.

Great service center
I had called Service to reschedule my date for my upcoming service. They noted that my car was due for a NYS Inspection in August because I wished to move the service date to September. So on 8-12 I had the car inspected. I was in and out of the shop quickly...including a car wash! Each experience at the new Express Services shop has been excellent!

Great experience getting my first new car!
My Sales Rep, Cynthia Rojas, made my first experience purchasing a new car a very special one! She was very kind, helpful, enthusiastic, patient, and considerate. She walked me through every step of the way! Liam Tully also went out of his way to help and was very personable! Lenny Lombardo helped me through the financing of the car! He was patient.

The Best Got Even Better
I had bought and had serviced three new cars from the same dealer over a period of about eighteen years. When they changed ownership, I had some concern that the service might not be as good as it had been. Remarkably, it was even a bit better. In addition to quality of the service before, a car wash with each service appointment and a loaner if necessary were added. Many of the service advisors and mechanics I knew were happily still working there. Service advisors were knowledgeable, helpful, and articulate. Today in 95 degree heat and high humidity, my car wouldn't start in the parking lot of a department store. I called them and they sent a car to pick me and my daughter up, drove us to their service center, drove us home while the repair was being done, towed my car to their service center, diagnosed the problem, and did the necessary repair all in about two hours, all this on a Saturday afternoon!, Rivera Toyota of Mt. Kisco is a magnificent rarity.

Acknowledgement for Outstanding Customer Service!
After looking on Cargurus.com, I saw the vehicle I wanted and Rivera Toyota had it. I emailed the dealer through Cargurus.com and the next morning Nicole from Business Development called me to set up an appointment with Diana Mitchell for Saturday morning. Upon arrival, everyone at the dealership greeted my friend and I with a smile, cold water and coffee. After discussing the vehicle I was interested in, Diana took us out for a test drive and afterwards put a great lease deal together for the vehicle. I had some additional questions and she immediately got the General Manager, Liam Tully, involved and we were able to quickly close the deal. Prior to pick up and on the day day of delivery, the Finance Manager, NancyIsabella Sciortino, thoroughly answered all of my leasing questions and made the transaction as seamless as possible with complete transparency. Diana then took me over to the service department and introduced me to Mark Anderson who answered any future service related questions. This has been the best car buying/leasing experience from a dealer I have ever had. I highly recommend this dealership to others!

AWESOME DEALERSHIP
I went in to trade my 2013 rav4 lease that I got at another dealership. I came out with a new 2016 camry. They took really good care of me; I felt like I was part of their family. They got me out of my lease early and did the right thing for me. I can say for the first time with my experience dealing with other dealerships, I felt like I was dealing with good, honest and professional people.

Treated like a client.
I bought a RAV 4 from Joseph Loschiavo. He was one of the best car salesmen I have ever dealt with. Calm, very nice. No high pressure. Most of all he listens. Look forward to buying from him in the future. Nancyisabella Sciortino, the finance director, tried her best to give me the best warranty i could get at a great rate. After finalizing the deal, I returned home and realized I wanted to change a couple of things. After I signed the contract. I called Nancy, she let me know that she would hold the paper work, till I return from vacation. She did, we finalized the new price and paper work in 15 min's. She was a woman of her word.
