Purchased my cars at this dealership (my extended family too). Have all my services there as well even though it is out of the way from where I live. Service is always impeccable. Staff very personable and honest. Scheduling appointments is easy. Very welcoming. Staff remembers their customers. The customer obviously comes first. Wouldn't go anywhere else. Always a pleasant experience.

For over 30 years I and my family have been buying and leasing Toyota’s from Rivera Toyota (formerly Toyota North) of Mount Kisco. Never a hassle or a hard sell, it’s the only place we go year after year. My personal reason? the staff was very helpful and estimated the correct waiting time. Kevin Feldman was very helpful and kept me posted on my progress. he noticed that my inspection had expired and did an inspection! the bagels, coffee and tv were an extra plus! I am very pleased with the staff!

I started coming here because they were the closest dealer--this was almost ten years ago. I keep coming because the service is excellent. If I have to drop the car off, they will have a driver take me to where I need to be and, if necessary, pick me up. They are generally quite thorough in their examination of the car and will give me a heads up on tire wear or any other potential hazards. All the people I have dealt with are courteous and friendly--not something I have always encountered in auto service companies. I usually deal with Ron Odegaard, and he has always gone the extra mile, including one time when he untangled a mess in my service contract that the dealership from which I had bought the car (not Rivera) caused. In my opinion my Toyota Highlander (my second) is one of the best SUV's out there in terms of mechanical soundness and longevity, but I would venture to say that this is enhanced by the level and quality of service at Rivera Toyota. Oh, and they will wash and vacuum your car gratis.
