When I called to schedule an appointment for a service, I was told it would cost $317. I schedule the service and show up on time. When I get there, they tell me that the service will cost nearly $100 more than what I was originally told.

Overall, my experience at the Audi dealership for my 60,000-mile service was smooth and convenient. I dropped the car off before heading out of town, and they kept it for about a week and handled everything as expected. The only thing I wish they had done was clean the interior and exterior, but aside from that, everything went great.
