Work was fine. Service technician was great. I deducted one point because it took so much time to retrieve my car after I had paid the bill. Again, the service technician was great.

James Derosa was more interested in insisting that someone tampered with the car and charging them than actually helping get the car repaired (check engine light). I told him that the car was last serviced by this dealership (loose cap) and he wanted to prolong the discussion. I wanted to tell him why would anyone want to keep buying Audi if they have to spend hundreds or thousands of dollars, everytime they bring their car in for service at this dealership.

Communication was great. I was there for 2 1/2 hours waiting for my car to be serviced. They gave me frequent updates. Specially, the E Ron was going through a software update. The dog was friendly too.

Overall not bad. Nothing spectacular. Job was done well. Greeting was average. Nothing impressive. At a higher end dealership i would have expected to be treated better. Wasnt treated badly but also was not wowed by their customer service.

I dropped my car off to have 3 items looked at on 2/12/26 (the Audi camera recall, a Oil Change and the Coolant loss) , 4 hours later I got a Text message saying everything was done with the wrong VIN and no video summary of the work or the advisor or tech assigned. Aldo the (service advisor) said they are ordering parts for the leaking water pump and waiting on the warranty Co, Issue was warranty Co agreed to 6.6 hours , Hoffman Audi said it would take 16 hours , after 12 days Aldo suggest that I call warranty Co to see if they can cover the difference in time from 6.6hours to 16 hours or authorize paying the difference. I called the Warranty Co and Checked with Other Shops on Service time , All-Data is 6.6 hours , Repair time should be 10-12 hours not including Calibration time according to other shops. Warranty Co won’t pay more than 6.6 hours. Called to pick up the car on 2/28/26 after seeing it sitting in Service Lot for 15+ days , and warranty Co not moving from 6.6hours to cover repair. Picked up Car, at 9AM , it wasn’t ready , not washed , no paperwork , Aldo wanted to charge $245 for the oil service when the car oil level system says that the level is still low , the same level as when I brought it in, the GM Brian Hull said for me to take the Car we would figure it out. Got Home Discovered that the under tray (Splash shield) was missing and Called Back, Aldo said it was there and offered to do just the warranty work of 6.6hours, instead of the full 16 hours repair I declined, as I made other arrangements. My credit card was charged $255 on 4/2/26 without
