My experience with Audi Hoffman Estates was extremely disappointing. From the moment I arrived, it felt like my service advisor couldn’t have cared less about the issues I was trying to explain. They rushed me through describing the problems instead of actually listening. Once again, I was told they “couldn’t find anything wrong,” despite the fact that my vehicle continues to have multiple ongoing issues. It’s incredibly frustrating to repeatedly hear that nothing is wrong when the problems are obvious during normal driving. To make matters worse, when I picked up my car there was no explanation of what was checked, no follow-up, and no effort to discuss the concerns I brought in. It felt like they just wanted me out the door. The service advisor couldn’t get out of there fast enough. This level of customer service and lack of communication is unacceptable. I expected much more from an Audi dealership.

Set up my appointment with Andy E, Service Director - car was taken on time, diagnosed and I rec'd a very nice video of the inspection/issue (MIL light had come and gone - turned out to be temp sensor #2). Diagnosis and repair was done very quickly and Tim (advisor) was excellent in keeping me informed. My Q was washed and car runs great.

Adam was helpful, but not pushy, listened to what I wanted, explained my contract Checked on me afterwards

He took the time to sit in the car with us and go over the dashboard, radio, and any questions we had. Your showroom is state of the art and it is a pleasure to buy a car from Carlo at the Hoffman Estates dealership

He was welcoming, supportive, and very easy to work with. Answered all my questions and quickly got me on to my day. He is the reason why i returned to this Audi versus the other.
