These guys are terrible ! I bought a 2014 Honda civic in cash and they charged me $470 for them to do the title / plates work and they didn’t even do it ! I had to go ahead and do it myself at the dmv for another $185 dollars they charged me ! So they owe me a total of $655 dollars but they won’t return your phone calls or they block your number. Beware of this place! I wasted almost $700 because they are lazy and don’t do things right ! Stay away!!!!

This company is run by a bunch of crooks and criminals with no education. Totally unprofessional. The worst used car company by far in my lifetime. Their approach to business lacks professionalism, raising serious concerns about their practices and ethics. I will report them to the Better Business Bureau.

“Impressive” is the first word that came to mind as we drove away from Elmora Auto Sales! Without question, the 2018 Dodge Grand Caravan exceeded our expectations, but even more so was the treatment and service we received. The sales manager Scotty was knowledgeable regarding every vehicle we looked at. He knows what he has and asked the right questions to be sure we were getting the right car for the right reason. The mini van was inspected by their mechanic and brought to a standard that I had not received at other dealerships. When we returned to pick-up the car, the owner (John) came out to check on us to be sure we were satisfied. Who does that anymore? Lord willing, this car will last us a good long time as I will be taking it to his shop for the routine maintenance. I can’t believe I’m saying this, but it was a real pleasure doing business with Elmora Auto Sales! These guys are breaking the mold of what I thought about “used car salesman.”

Mannn if you guys need a car JOSE AND CHRIS ARE THE MEN FOR THE JOB….i came in yesterday via 10/30/2023 just for a a simple car to get from point A to B…I worked mostly with Jose but Chris as busy as he was didn’t hesitate to still help me though he was busy….the team work was immaculate….long story short they made sure that I left with a car in the end even when I almost gave in Jose said we’re going to pray for a miracle and low and behold he kept his word….the customer service was excellent and they really helped me so much and I’ve never seen such teamwork from both these great giants…. I most definitely would recommend people here when I have the opportunity…CHRIS AND JOSE THANK SO MUCH

The customer service is really good, the attention to the customers is good, and I found what I was looking for I recommend this dealership to everyone.

Liars!! They never have the vehicle they advertise. They had me drive 60 miles for a car they they didn’t have. They asked me to go to their house to see the car.

I bought a 2006 Toyota 4Runner from them and they don't do test drives, they don't give you loaner cars. Anyway I took the 4Runner a Toyota Dealership and there answer was this is a death trap 4 Runner the whole frame is rotted out and very unsafe to drive. I took it back several times and had to rent cars to get back home. After the owner text me and said the 4 Runner was ready to go all fixed. After the 4th time going back and telling me the samething all fixed the Toyota dealership said they lied. They won't even check it out anymore because it's dangerous to even put on the lift. So the 4 Runner is sitting in my driveway for about 6 months. They are rip off don't buy anything from them and don't listen to the owner John!!!

Alex and Chris are an amazing duo!!! My credit was bad and they went above and beyond to get me in this sweet ride, thanx guys...you now have a customer for life!!! BTW my car is running great
