Apple Auto Sales

I gave one star because I had to. My 16 year old son was so excited to get his first car. I was worried about getting one that had no warranty, but his Dad decided to take a chance and get a gorgeous Volkswagen Passat. Heard great things about VW's and the people at the lot made them feel like they could be trusted. Exactly 2 weeks after he got the car it starts to cut off and have issues. We took it to the shop for the FIRST time and had work done. A week later back in the shop for yet another problem. We have had this awful and unsafe car for 5 months and have done nothing but fix and replace with no end in sight. Took it to have another diagnostic test ($200) only to be told it will cost $4000 to fix!! Asked if we could trade the car back in as it had issues as soon as we got it and was informed how it was sold "as is".. Well glad to know that your customers safety and expectations mean nothing. Now i have a 16 year old riding around in a car that cuts off and breaks down daily. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE and NEVER put your loved ones in their cars. I am beyond livid and hope that there's a lemon law or something that we can get rid of the hunk of junk we bought..

Was my first time trying to do business with them drove 5 hours to purchase a vehicle had had a meant to come pick up the vehicle and pay for it and by the time I had gotten there they were selling it to someone else and he hadn't looked in his appointment book and when he looked he saw my name and still didn't give me first priority I am actually going to file a lawsuit with this company would never recommend them to anyone

Long overdue review, tend to forget but this one i had to. Not sure why people are complaining, i had a very good experience here. The price was fair and the owner did what needed to be done on my request. I drove 1hr from MD for my car, after researching for 2 months, would have to do MD inspection, he promised i would pass it and if not he would do the needful to fix it to have pass inspection. Yes it was a drive back and time, but he kept up his end of the bargain and 6 mos out the care is doing amazingly well. My mechanic approved saying i got a great deal and car. This is a small family owned business, not some big dealership, the girl at the front is super sweet, friendly and helpful and the owner is a good honest man. I am sorry some people had a bad experience, but i am super happy with my purchase and service. Will definitely go back for my next car.

Amazingly very honest and upfront sales people. They are very honest and helpful in selecting your vehicle. I will highly recommend anyone out to buy a used car. This is the only place I see honesty and respect for customers.

Went in to look at a car that was overpriced thinking I’d be able to negotiate where I need thought we should be. The owner was offended immediately after we test drove and I told him the brakes needed work and the engine was making a funny sound. I am a professional, but I don’t dress fancy, I have a beard and longer hair. I suppose because of this he told me to go back to the woods where I came from and the only reason I was there was to steal out of his fiat 500. I don’t talk about the money I make but I’m a retired servicemen and a current government employee on the higher end of the pay scale. For the sake of God and your respect do not ever go to this place. Although he told me I was a Son of a xxxxx and if I could prove I knew who my mother was he’d give me the car; I do know my mom, but I wouldn’t take a shawarma from this guy. Zero respect, zero people skills, zero understanding of the dealing used cars.

My title says it all these guys patch cars up and send them out with major problems needingrepairs. Prepare to put 2 grand more in repairs of any vehicle purchased here.

I was in the market to buy my first car. I went to so many places but prices and quality of cars was not good. We went there and met Sales manager imran who made our purchase very easy and hassle free even after few days he dropped our tag at our home. Very honest professional and courteous people ever met in car dealerships.
