Amazing experience from fist meeting to drive home!
We gave Mr. Holder an excellent rating because he was so nice, courteous and took time to answer all our questions and concerns. Larry walked us through the process and explained everything we were doing. He made us feel very comfortable about owning a Lexus from the test drive to closing the transaction. Mr. Kyle Armo was very helpful as well making sure everything was going okay. We also purchased an extra set of floor mats and the parts department they are great. The entire staff is great. This was our first Lexus and will not be our last from Lexus of Chattanooga. Overall a great dealership and great automobiles.

Purchase of new car
We ordered another new car from Lexus of Chattanooga. Like all the other ones before the experience was awesome. We told Ralph what we were looking for and he and Ed Emerson got to work and within a few weeks we picked the car up. We arrived with a big red bow and did a through delivery.
