The customer service rep thoroughly explained everything to me and ensured that the mechanic technician checked out everything that ii had questions or concerns about.

I traded in a 2014 Honda Pilot to purchase a new 2017 Honda Pilot Elite. Chris Marcisso was our salesman - who is the nicest and most professional salesman I have ever worked with. There were a couple of issues with the new car, and some accessories that I wanted to add, so I needed to bring it in to the service department, where I met Dylan Keene, also so professional and nice as well. A few of the issues were a manufacturer's issue and Honda covered the complete cost of all of the parts and labor. We were given a rental car from Enterprise, also covered by Honda and Dylan set all of that up for us. I honestly wasn't completely happy with some of the body touch up work that was done on a couple of small nicks/scrapes on the bumper of the new car, so Dylan & Chris looked at it and asked if I would be happier with a new bumper, and they asked if I could be patient and give them a couple of hours to get it into the service department to replace the bumper with one off from a new car on their lot. I can't say enough about the positive experience I had and both Dylan and Chris went way above and beyond what I could initially have expected or imagined. I would not hesitate to return to this dealership for a new purchase or service knowing that I would be in great professional hands from sales to service!!! Thank you both so much - I love my new car!!!!

Your service department is great. They told me how long it would take, they even shuttled me to the mall during my wait with no hesitation. The shuttle driver was also very courteous and friendly. I would recommend your service dept to anyone.

I have dealt with Berlin City since 2007 when I bought my first Odyssey. I just replaced that Odyssey in June of this year. I have had both cars serviced there the entire time and been very happy with the professionalism, quality of work and mutual respect for my business relationship. I will continue to have my new Odyssey serviced at Berlin City.

I work here so I have our techs service our Vovlo that we inherited when my dad passed a few years ago and it needed some new bulbs for brakes and signals. They took care of it as always.

I must admit I have never experienced this level of service. Drive in check in, outstanding waiting area, fast service and a shuttle available! Cool. David in service was great, very thorough. Even gave me a voucher for a free car wash. Thank you.

I went in for an oil change and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, explaining about other services my car might need. I didn't have to wait long for my car to be ready.
