Darean was awesome!

Darean was awesome! I highly recommend him for anyone in the process of purchasing a new vehicle. Great customer service and the best personality. Darean made purchasing my new car an easy process. Which that is always a win win.

I bought a used 2025 Honda Pilot Elite with 7,000 miles.

I bought a used 2025 Honda Pilot Elite with 7,000 miles. I was told no accident. I am pretty sure this car has been in an accident due to the bumper and front grill not aligned properly. Plus I have been told things like when in the body shop by the service department. I have not had the car in a body shop. I took to them because of a sound that the car was making when speeds reach over 70 mph. I was told that the car has bad tires. The dealership has keep my car from Friday to Tuesday. I went to dealership to demanded that the car be return to me. I will not be purchasing another vehicle from this dealership. I feel like I have been lied to on a supreme level. I question just what kind of lemon that I have purchased.

Add $2300 in “packages” to any price you see here. Then the standard $800 doc fee. And to think, I thought big city dealers were scam artists.

Purchased a car in November and still haven’t received

Purchased a car in November and still haven’t received the license plate. We’ve called multiple times, but no one has provided a clear timeline. The salesperson claimed he tried calling but left no voicemail, and the Sales Manager gave conflicting dates when the plates were sent and when we were going to receive it— but still no plate. To make it worse, our temporary tag expired on December 2. Apparently the plates were sent to us January 3rd. Now they’re asking us to contact the DMV and post office to file for a lost plate, even though this is their responsibility. We’re forced to get a new plate ourselves. This situation is completely unacceptable and poorly handled.

David and the team are great to work with. Very flexible. No issues with buying 2 cars instead of one car. Great offers for year end purchases. Highly recommend!!!

Asheboro Honda is a GREAT dealership to work.

Asheboro Honda is a GREAT dealership to work. They are not a pushy dealership. They work with you to get the payment you want. Our salesman was Darean Marsh and he was GREAT. Very polite and he knows all there is to know about Hondas. I would definitely recommend Asheboro Honda to anyone looking to buy a Honda
