Jaime Fernandez - the best!

We purchased a Pre-owned Certified Honda CRV from Bay Ridge Honda. Jaime Fernandez was our salesperson. From the minute we sat down at his desk Jaime was the real deal, He was knowledgeable, engaged and genuinely caring. We are very happy with our purchase which was enhanced by Jaime's professionalism and commitment to making the process easy.

The whole sales process was very professional and

The whole sales process was very professional and efficient. David Morales was my sales contact and he did an awesome job taking me through the process from beginning to end. The insurance and finance departments were also first class. Highly recommend!

I have been leasing with Bay Ridge Honda for the past

I have been leasing with Bay Ridge Honda for the past nine years ! I always go back to My sales person Betty she is very professional, knowledgeable and respectful. During my most recent visit, I reached out to Betty to help me get out of one of my car leases. I helped my sister co sign a vehicle about a year and 1/2 ago and Betty as well as Stephanie Lovascio made the process as smooth as possible. Betty and Stephanie made all of the efforts to transition my name out of my sisters car. They worked endlessly to make sure I was able get free of that debt, in order to help qualify me to purchasing my own home. Please ask for Betty or Stephanie they are hands down the best. I would recommend them to everyone I know ! What a great experience here at Bay Ridge Honda!

Bad and costly recommendations and after they got your

Bad and costly recommendations and after they got your money this company is done with you! I leased a car from Bayridge Honda one day before the shut down in 2020, so had to make quick decisions and relied much on their recommendations, it ended up costing me TWO additional lease payments: When signing the documents, they recommended to me to sign up with Uptempo and by paying half payments every other week instead of full payments monthly, I would save the last lease payment. None of this is true, they failed to disclose that paying every other week is NOT paying twice per month, in fact, I ended up making the equivalent of 13 monthly payments instead of 12 every year of my lease and all that without receiving any benefit. I still had to pay the last lease payments anyway. When I called my salesperson Elizabeth Polanco and Asad who worked through the lease papers with me, nobody took ownership or responsibility for this mess. They questioned my math and skirted responsibility and after I shared all documentation with them (which they should have had in their files) they simply didn't return any calls or emails. Even though they deny this, I'm sure that Uptempo is paying them some kind of kick-back to push this service on people that don't understand the math or who (like me) are too rushed to check it beforehand. I cannot believe how management let's their sales and contracting people profit from charging the customer unnecessary services. Avoid this dealer at all costs, there are better and more ethical options out there.

Great experience! Great salesman!

Jeff was a pleasure to work with!!!! He was able to help us find the perfect car! Gave us our space. Did not feel like we were pressured to buy. Definitely will return.

June 8 2021 I saw a 2018 madza cx3 on there website I made an appointment so my daughter could test drive it because she needed a car to get to school and work. The sales person We had Chris was Rude. Obnoxious and unprofessional the he was on his cellphone the whole time we were there with his personal credit card company about charges on his card. So he was not focus on us then he couldn’t find the car for us to see , then he ask what the price was online we told him his response was that’s the price there’s no negotiation.. we didn’t even see the car yet actually we never saw the car . I was frustrated with his behavior so we left 20 minutes later he call to say he found the car. We were halfway home. I told him he was rude and unprofessional. Never going there again. My daughter was upset she really like the car..
