Wonderful

I walked into Bay Ridge Honda wanting to upgrade a bit from my Honda Accord but stay in the same price range. Sean Park helped make that happen. The first time I walked in was not happy with the price but he worked with us and in the end made us very happy customers.

Best Buying Experience (Honda civic 2016)

Got my first car Honda Civic 2016 touring from Bay Ridge Honda. I was shopping around for new car for few weeks but Betty Lala was the best sales person out of everyone I met. I went there on Friday, got best deal and finished all the paper work by next day and the Car was ready to pick up by next Monday. One of the easiest, wonderful buying experience. Betty was really helpful, polite and even on day off she answered my questions I had. A+ highly recommended dealership.

First Car Experience

Great experience with this dealership, went in looking at the new 2016 Civic for my first car. Sean was very nice and answered every question we had. Gave us a great deal on the car and made the process very quick and smooth. Also had some great laughs! Sean also gave us a nice tour of the car the day we picked it up and wished us luck. Our favorite Honda dealership!

A remarkably wonderful experience

Mark is the man. Yes, He's a car salesman, but I really felt like he wanted ME to be happy. He was well informed and explained everything to me in a way i would understand it. I felt like i got a decent deal and I love my Honda CR-V. Thank you, Mark, and the entire team at Bay Ridge Honda, for making my new car buying experience a good one.

He knew how to close a deal

I picked up my Fit yesterday and the experience was easy. I had always bought cars, never leased, this was my first lease. I had gone to another Honda dealer first, and left unsatisfied. Mark Dance made everything simple and I signed on the spot. I also was helped by Adrian, Jamie and Dawn and it was a pleasure.
