Carl, Angela, and both Don's :) went out of their way...

Carl, Angela, and both Don's :) went out of their way to help us get into vehicles. They all embodied what I view to be world class customer service and that is taking ownership, being empathetic, and possessing a "can do" attitude. These will make the second set of vehicles we have purchased from Bob King Automotive and I'm sure we will be headed that way in a few years. We will also be sure to send our friends and family members that way as well. It's nice to know that we weren't just a number to them. They treated us with the upmost respect and made us feel that they were really there for us and whatever we needed. Thanks for everything guys!

I went here looking for a semi new car with as little...

I went here looking for a semi new car with as little miles as possible. I spoke with Jade about an online offer and she was very helpful with questions and setting up an appointment to go look at a few different options. I met Danielle at Bob King and I told her what I could work with payment wise and what I was looking for and she picked out a great car. 2010 Mazda 3. I have always loved the 3's. We took a test drive and It was perfect .. as long as we could get my payment to where i needed it to be. She was super nice and I was very nervous LOL. She helped calm my worries and then I went to meet with Brandon to see my financing options. He was very nice and helpful as well. He was able to get my a decent intrest rate and a payment I could afford. All the staff informed me to feel free to reach out to them with any other questions or conerns I may have. Don meet me before leaving and thanked me for my business and shook my hand. Danielle was also super helpful and helped me link my phone to my car by bluetooth. Great experince at Bob King Mazda!

I had been pricing vehicles for several days on the...

I had been pricing vehicles for several days on the internet getting a knowledgable insight into what packages were available the incentives each dealer offered and the financing available. I also read what consumers had to say about certain cars I was interested in. What it all came down to was a test drive of each vehicle. So with that in mind my first stop was Bob King. I was greeted by Don Cole who showed me several cars. I chose a Mazda CX5 to test drive. I really liked it but I had promised myself to give each of the other vehicles a test drive also. None of the other dealerships were as friendly and none of the vehicles were as comfortable within my price range or as fun to drive. I went back to Bob King, met with Don Cole and Don Guffey came up with an excellent price. It all went so smoothly until we found out they had just sold the last car with the color I wanted. You see I wanted a different color this time one that would stand out. It took a few weeks for them to locate one. In the mean time I was given one of their demo cars to use until it came in. Don Cole kept me informed of what was happening. It was worth the wait!!! After spending a little bit of time with Brandon getting the financing in order we drove home in our beautiful new Mazda CX5!!! I'm lovin' it!!

i was very pleased with the way that Don treated my husband and i. He put us at ease with the decision that we were about to make. If he had been a pushy salesman, we would have went elsewhere instead we drove home in a new car

Based on an internet "special" price, visited...

Based on an internet "special" price, visited this dealership yesterday and did not leave disappointed. Worked with Michael Warren and Don Guffey while purchasing our 2nd CX9. Both of these gentlemen knew their stuff, treated my wife and myself graciously, and best of all made us an acceptable offer with their first pass. As a 65 year old man who had purchased 32 cars since turning 16, I've experienced every type of car salesman/dealership ; believe me when I say "Bob King" Mazda is one of the best.
