Had a terrible experience. Dropped my truck off on a Thursday. Heard absolutely nothing before Tuesday. Only jesrd because I had to call. No app update, no text update, no phone call. Come to find out the fella that took my truck in was fired. Didn't get an update on that either. I'd rather drive to Opelika than deal with this establishment10 minutes from my gouse ever again. Every time I come it's something different for me to be mad about. Terrible. Just terrible.

Vehicle was serviced and finished before I was actually ready for it. My service advisor (been using him for several years) is a pleasure to work with and understands my wants/desires; so he takes very good care of me and my vehicles.
