Weeks after purchasing a Q8 at this dealership, my brakes
Weeks after purchasing a Q8 at this dealership, my brakes started squealing. Was constantly told by service there was nothing wrong. It must be the humidity in Florida. They did resurface the rotors which stopped the squealing for several days. After multiple attempts to have this problem corrected again this Dealership gave me nothing but a runaround . I did go to another dealership who Diagnosed the vehicle, which had stated aftermarket brakes had been installed although I was told the brakes were brand new when I purchased the vehicle. So the vehicle now needed new brakes and new rotors because of incompatible materials. The service manager and general manager have been absolutely rude as to not even return a phone call to myself, or other dealership to rectify the issue.. I have now gone to corporate, and am hiring an attorney. I would never ever recommend this dealership. I've had 3 other Audi's and never had issues with any dealership. Very disappointing to say the least.

Very professional.
Very professional. I had the pleasure of working with Zach and Kyle during my purchase of a used vehicle. They went above and beyond. I was treated with respect and kindness during each encounter. The only encounter that was not top-notch was when I returned my vehicle to the service department for a service that was part of the sales agreement and because my used vehicle was not an Audi brand the service desk personnel dismissed me to the garage.. but fortunately someone overheard how I was being treated and stepped in with courtesy and respect. It was the best car buying experience in my 62 years of life thus far. Thank you!
