I took my car in on a Thursday at 9:00 am and didn't get it back until Tuesday August 3, 2021, the following week. This issue was exacerbated by me having an extensive additional charge from Enterprise car rental company because I added additional insurance on Tuesday July 29th thinking it would be for one or two days, at the most. The service itself was excellent. The time my vehicle was keeped in the service department was less than positive.

Great service experience. I want to give everyone a good review but I do not like being required to write a 25 word review. This makes the feedback system useless because I will not do it on my next visit.

Efficient check in and rental process, time of repairs time estimate spot on, car clean and fresh at pick up. Wish other customers would wear masks when inside…seating is too closed in to socially distance adequately.

Good attention to detail and prompt appointment given. Always enjoy the snacks, coffee, soft drinks as well as wandering around the showroom and greeting the employees.
