I was so impressed when I drove up and was immediately addressed by my name. I was directed to my service coordinator, Andy. He was very helpful. I brought my car in for a recall. Andy said it would be about an hour, and I was on my way in exactly an hour. I also appreciated the car wash.

My appointment was easy to schedule. Tony, my service coordinator, was grat to work with. My airbag recall and car maintenance were well done, and my car looked terrific when I picked it up.

Andy was my services advisor today. He was helpful and friendly. Everything was very clean and organized as always. Car delivered very clean and all work done correctly. Only one negative was when I reached some calm center person outside normal hours was 8 min call just to schedule a Simone service I hung up and waited for shop to open called directly.

Brian Bormann has been exceptionally helpful in selling us the car and in getting our car transported to New Jersey and back to Florida. It has been a very rewarding experience dealing with him. He's been particularly knowledgeable and helpful teaching us about the car's many features. Tony Espinoza handled my first service experience and made it especially pleasurable when his team was able to locate an annoying vibration when I hit bumps. The problem was easily and fully corrected. Other nameless people in the showroom were instrumental in cordially assisting our first Audi purchase or in extending us many small courtesies. Your snack area is particularly appreciated.
