Audi Stuart

I left two voice mails several days apart, Audi Stuart (Mark) never called back. Had an online chat with Audi Stuart requesting a call back, which never happened. I called Audi North America & stated the above. We'll see what happens now. My 2016 A4 ( 4,800 miles) has a very dangerous condition. I will go back to Mercedes with the next car.

I've never had a good experience buying a car until I went to Stuart Audi. I know that sounds corny but the truth. I had the pleasure of meeting the General Manager, Devin Carlson and realized why the place had a feel of class. I highly recommand you contact Novis the sales person. Most car sales folks try to sell you a car, Novis actually helped me buy my A4. There's a difference.

What a wonderful buying experience. Could not recognize that we were in a dealership. Robert Anderson provide an exceptional, professional, courteous salesmanship and went beyond what we thought was expected. He synced our phones and showed every aspect of all of the functions of our purchase. You would have thought that we purchased a $90,000 Audi when we purchased a $14,400 used car. After accepting our offer the manager stopped by to thank us and congratulate us on our purchase and he stayed awhile to chat with us.
