Great service

Sal Seck in service was great. He was professional and courteous making the usual, sometimes painful, process of going to service and repair into a pleasant experience.

Go see Sal Seck in service!!!

I brought in my A6 and had the pleasure of having Sal help me out. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He thoroughly explained all the options available to me and was very honest and not just trying to up sell me which I appreciate because I would have seen it a mile away, unlike other dealerships. He has gained my trust and because of him, even though I didn't purchase mine here, I will have it serviced here from now on and will come to purchase my next one when I'm ready. Sal even went over that whole process; trading in and buying vs leasing, etc. Great job Sal!

Great Dealership Phenomenal People

I've had nothing but good experiences with Audi of Northlake. Sal was my point of contact at BMW for years, he was the reason I leased a BMW 328D 2 years ago. Thanks to the help and insight from Sal recently I will be switching over to Audi for my next lease coming up soon. His knowledge of the cars and assurance of the service standard will keep me a loyal customer. Thank you!

Service Department, Lack of Service

Gary Burke Worst Service ever never take your car here. If I could have given 0 stars I would've, let me start from the being. I bought A CPO (?)2016 A8L with 17000 miles on it still under man. warranty. (Gary Burke)(1)Went to Northlake Audi they found the rotors where warped instead of fixing them they said it had to be done at the dealer I bought it from. Went back to dealer and they did the repairs, which Audi North lake could have done because it was still under warranty. (Gary Burke)(2) The car I bought has the premium sound system in it the bass went out, It took them 30 days to get it fixed and some one stole my floor mats reported it to the service department and was told they would send news out, never happened. (Gary Burke)(3) Had a red fluid leaking from my car turned it in they seen where something was leaking cleaned it, but couldn't find the leak. I drive home car leaking again call the service department no call back. Gary Burke!!!

Excellent Service

The service department at Audi Northlake was great, everyone was very helpful and they worked together as a team to get my vehicle serviced as quickly as possible also Jason was very professional and a pleasure to work with.

Kit Wong

The service was great! Kit Wong was extremely polite and detailed while explaining any charges for my repairs. Though Kit was new to the team, I was very impressed with his skills in customer service, and really appreciate the help.

Amazing!

Mr. Phil Sandlof was absolutely wonderful!!! He greeted me right in the drive while I was getting out of my car, he checked my vehicle out and we went inside. At his desk he listened to me rant on and on about my squeaking breaks. Phil informed me about my breaks and I was truly pleased with his response and how informed he is, and I now am! The snacks and coffee is always great to grab in the mornings, and I couldn?t have been more happy with my loaner! While I was at work I received updates about my A3 via text and could tell Phil right away what I wanted done. He kept me informed the whole time she was in for service. I received a call when the work was completed and when I arrived to pick up, the car was delivered to me inside the service bay, cleaner than when I dropped it off. Phil is top notch and a wonderful advisor to work with!

Service

I always have the best service when I bring my car here. Phil is always extremely helpful in going over my paperwork to make sure I understand what was done with my vehicle and what will need to be looked at in future visits. My services are done quickly and everyone at the dealership is extremely friendly and professional. I would not take my car to any other dealership! I highly recommend them!!

Service Manager - Audi Northlake

While shopping for a new car for my wife at Audi Northlake we had a very pleasant interaction with one of the service managers Sal Seck. Sal went above and beyond to ensure we were taken care of and I would highly recommend working with this dealership!
