We were buying our first family car and decided to hit up KIA and other dealers on a Saturday to test drive a couple models. We stopped at KIA first and from the moment we walked in, we were greeted with friendly faces and great customer service. Although they were super busy, they offered us water and had many of their employees check in on us while our salesperson would grab the models we wanted to test. Valeria was helping us that day and she was super knowledgeable about the market and each model she showed with information on the financial part of the deal as well. After spending 3 hours there and test driving the Sportage and Seltos and discussing the benefits of each, we still needed to double check on the other brands we wanted to drive. The other dealers could not even come close to the service and deals KIA was offering! We returned to KIA where they met our offer immediately and treated us like long term customers already! We left with the 2023 KIA Sportage and could not be happier! It’s a modern day SUV with all the perks, great space and great comfort! My wife is happier than ever as this is our new car for our new baby joining us this year! What a great experience!
