Travis, my sales person, was super helpful in showing me all of the features of the car. There was no pressure. The test drive really sold me on the Golf GTI Sport. I brought my 11 year old son with me to the dealership and Travis entertained him While I filled out the paper work with Rickie Jones. I typically don't like finance guys, but Rickie was the exception. We negotiated some on the extended warranty and I walked out feeling GREAT. I initially started my price negotiations with the Internet Manager, so I knew the price I was paying before I even arrived at the dealership.

Good customer care. Good sales people. Including sales manager.

This is our 4th VW from Leith VW in Cary. There must be a reason we keep coming back! Our salesperson, Chris Cappella, was so nice and patient. I would recommend him and this dealership highly if you are looking for a new VW in the Triangle. Now to the car. Wow! Going from a Jetta to a Tiguan. It is exactly what I have been dreaming of. It is the limited model, but you wouldn't know it from all the amenities. I can't wait to drive it more! Thank you again Chris and Rickie for making this such a smooth transaction!

Shopping for a new car has never been such a positive experience. Not only was Art (our sales associate) friendly and helpful, but he was also honest. Art helped me pick the vehicle that was right for me with all of my options in front of me. Nothing was ever a bad question, and VW in general was very accommodating. I went to MULTIPLE VW dealerships in the area. Hands down the best service was here. Michael Hall in sales was outstanding. He was the reason I bought here. I actually had a slightly better offer made elsewhere, but I didn't feel as welcome and like I was in good hands making a purchase there. I went back and forth multiple times with negotiations and the whole time Michael was gracious, friendly and was never pushy or aggressive. The entire team from sales, to managers (like Cedric Wolber who helped so much) and even the Business Manager Rickie Jones. I had some hiccups on my end when finalizing things and even then I had a pleasant experience. Bottom line, service is great here and Michael Hall is a tremendous professional. Hands down best I've seen out of the 15 to 20 or so dealerships I visited before purchasing a vehicle at Leith VW. If you need a vehicle come see him. He will shoot straight, be honest, won't pressure you, be patient and will push to get you the best deal. If you want good customer service and a great deal come here!
