Chris and all of the other tram members made my buying experience easy and pleasant. The entire process was made to make my buying experience seamless. My son has purchased a car from this dealership in December and I now know why he was so pleased.

They provide the type of experience you hope for when buying a vehicle. From my online search and even after the sale they have exceeded my expectations.

I really hate shopping for cars - hate the hassle, the red tape, and all the usual negotiating and time involved. However, my recent purchase of a VW Tiguan was delightful. Chris helped me negotiate a return on my previous lease (which was in serious threat of being over the mileage allowance) and get into a new car that met my needs and that I could afford. It was all very straightforward and transparent. And I love my new car :)

These are not easy COVID times we are living in right now. I was a bit apprehensive about taking my car in for the 40,000 mile service and state inspection. My worries were for naught. Leith VW of Cary thought of everything possible to put their customers first during these trying times. The 'masked' tech met me outside, , covered my steering wheel and seat in plastic, recorded my information and had me drop my key in a bag so that no one touched it. They were very mindful of taking all precautions necessary to keep me safe and my mind at ease. As as usual, my car were serviced with the utmost care.

In and out in less than hour. Very smooth transaction.
